Empieza la temporada de las avellanas salvajes en Gabón:Coula edulis (Familia Olacaceae). Tradicionalmente, son las mujeres las que recolectan los frutos en el bosque.
This fruit is called "hazelnut" because of its similarity with these nuts. It comes from a tree native to centroafrican forest: Coula edulis (Olacaceae Family). In Gabon it is mostly women who go in the forest to collect this wild ingredients.
