De camino a la uni, me encontré a esta cría de carbonero común (que me corrijan los pajareros si me equivoco) en el suelo. Se quedó absolutamente inmóvil mientras le sacaba la foto. Debió de caerse del nido. Mejor que andar cogiéndolo y dejándole olores extraños, lo dejé tal cual esperando que la madre iría a rescatarlo.
I found this chick of Great Tit (please birders, correct me if I am wrong) on the floor on my way to uni. It must have fallen from the nest and remained absolutely quiet while I was taking the pictures. Rather than handling the bird and leave strange odours, I preferred to leave it there, hoping that the parents would come and fetch it.
