Festival Crudo (811 in Spain)

Casares, precioso pueblo encaramado en una ladera serrana, de camino a Manilva.

Beautiful landscape while driving from Algatocín to Ojén. This scenic village is called Casares.


Este fin de semana he estado en Ojén, en la finca de Baltasar Rodríguez, donde se organizaba un festival sobre saber vivir sanos, despiertos y conscientes.

I have been to a raw food festival this weekend at a finca in southern Spain.

Laid back atmosphere, there were around 70 people attending the festival (mostly spanish but some british, brazilian and swedish as well). I gave a talk on the low fat raw vegan lifestyle and was a great audience and people were highly interested in the topic. Hope that the 80-10-10 book comes out in spanish soon!

Ambiente relajado, al festival llegaron unas 70 personas de toda España. Yo di una charla sobre crudiveganismo enfocado al sistema de Douglas Graham (o la dieta 80-10-10).

A la mañana siguiente, di una clase de yoga a la que no se apuntó mucha gente ya que la cena fue a hora española (creo que terminaron a eso de la 1 de la madrugada). Aún así, los pocos que estuvimos lo disfrutamos.

Next morning I gave a yoga class. There were not many early birds because there was a late dinner and moon dancing the night before (spanish style). I was enjoying the moonlight while sleeping in my tent.
