Yoga Ashtanga en La Luz de Barrika

He estado impartiendo unas clases de Yoga Ashtanga en La Luz de Barrika, un centro de yoga, masajes y terapias naturales situado en el municipio del mismo nombre, en Vizcaya (www.laluzdebarrika.es).

I have been teaching Ashtanga Yoga at La Luz de Barrika, a yoga & massage studio in the Basque Country, Spain (www.laluzdebarrika.es).


El aula, inmaculada y acristalada, con vistas a los acantilados y el mar Cantábrico, hace honor a su nombre.

La Luz de Barrika means "The light of Barrika" and you can see why.... the yoga room is awesome, clean & bright, with beautiful views to the sea & cliffs of the northern shore.

Antxon (masajes), Pedro (Hatha yoga) y Lucía (yoga para bebés y embarazadas) regentan el centro y se apuntaron también a las clases. Zorionak por haber creado este espacio tan alucinante.

The centre is run by Antxon (massage therapist), Pedro (yoga teacher) and Lucia (yoga for babies & pregnant women).


Vinieron 14 personas los dos días. Algunos eran totalmente nuevos al ashtanga pero otros tenían ya experiencia.

I had 14 students, some totally new to Ashtanga but others with a good level of experience. The classes went smooth and flowing and I was delighted with the experience.
