Apart from my regular daily lessons at The House of Yoga & Zen, with Nancy Gilgoff, I sometimes practice with Vicki Sorenson. There seems to be a nice concentration of old school ashtangi here in Maui and I want to make the most of it! Yesterday I had a private yoga lesson with Lucy M*rt*r*ll* (middle) who has been Vicki´s teacher for 15 years. Both Vicki and I did primary series under Lucy´s attentive eye and gentle´s adjustments. You could tell at first sight that she is a wonderful woman and it was great being able to meet her.
Aparte de mis clases regulares con Nancy Gilgoff, de vez en cuando tengo clases particulares con Vicki. Aquí en Maui hay una buena concentración de yogis de la antigua escuela y quiero aprovechar al máximo. Ayer estuve con Lucy M*rt*r*ll*, la profesora de Vicki desde hace más de 15 años. Vicki y yo hicimos la primera serie completa bajo la atenta mirada de Lucy. Una sesión que duró casi 2 horas! Sus ajustes son muy sutiles y ya a primera vista se advierte que es una persona maravillosa. En la foto, 3 generaciones de yoginis.
